Anyone who has not received a ballot by mid-October is being told to contact their town clerk for help.
Vermont voters should now be starting to receive their general election ballots in the mail.
Those planning to vote by mail must complete the ballot and send it back by Oct. 20. Ballots may also be returned at town clerks’ offices during business hours or placed in an official drop box at any time before Election Day on Nov. 3.
People who prefer to vote in person still have that option. Voters may bring the ballot they received in the mail to the polls, or request a replacement ballot there.
